Dr. Alourdes has a passion to empower and inspire others to excel and succeed. Her personal story as a young Haitian immigrant exemplifies the many challenges, she faced from rock bottom, overcame hardships, but her determination and courage to succeed while going thru the process of survival propelled her to triumph.

She was incredibly unwavering despites of the struggles, with hard work, she climbed the ladder and pressed her way forward from a Clerk Typist while working for the government to a successful career with a Leadership Role in Human Resources Management. She has exemplary public service records dated back many decades.
